Right now I think tagging for Glinda between The Wizard of Oz and Wicked is a bit inconsistent. The character has both Glinda and the Good Witch of the North as tags. The existence of two separate tags implies that one should be used for a specific incarnation of the character, but the tag names are so general, you could apply it to any incarnation of Glinda. Most Wizard of Oz posts use both character tags, some Wicked posts use both character tags. Since Glinda is more consistently used on Wicked posts, I think it would be better to just make this tag unambiguously a Wicked tag, using Glinda's last name from Wicked, while Good Witch of the North serves as the general tag for all incarnations.
Alternatively, we could just alias Good Witch of the North to Glinda.
