Rename Nika the Mermaid from One Piece

BUR #39834 is pending approval.

rename nika_(one_piece) -> nika_the_mermaid_(one_piece)

The tag Nika (One Piece) is originally for a random mermaid side character from One Piece. However, in the latter part of the story, there's a character with the same name who is more significant in the story. Given that the One Piece fandom would think of Nika the Sun God rather than Nika the Mermaid, I think this tag should be qualified to avoid confusion.

The qualifier makes it sound like it's an alternate form of the same character rather than a different one so I agree with the need for separation but not in this way.

Aight, just updated the BUR based on the suggestion. Also creating the tag Sun God Nika (One Piece) specifically to cover the sun god. I use the full official name for this Nika to distinguish it.
