Qualify Kancolle Fairy tags

BUR #39991 has been rejected.

For whatever reason, the tag names for various Fairies from Kancolle is tagged as the designation of the weapon without using qualifier, even though it is supposed to be used on the specific fairy character that manned these weapons. So I would like to suggest qualifying them all to avoid confusion.

This is just some of the tags I can find though, feel free to work on it since there are like hundreds of them.

It looks like these might need some cleaning up. I see some posts that are just the plane itself with no visible fairy. For example, it seems some people mix up type 99 dive bomber, the tag for the Kancolle fairy, with D3A, the actual tag for the plane.

Rather than just adding a kancolle qualifier, I think it would be better if the tags were something like type 99 dive bomber fairy. Just adding (kancolle) to the end of it I don't think would actually stop people from misusing it.
