Q and Ojiro Otori

BUR #40137 has been rejected.

create alias q_(tribe_nine) -> otori_ojirou

As of chapter 3 they are considered as the same person. Just needed a 100% confirmation before making this BUR, even if it was obvious before just from visuals and context clues.

BUR #40138 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

create implication q_(tribe_nine) -> otori_ojirou

Alternatively, we can choose to imply Q as Ojirou instead if that's more convenient since Q sees himself as a new identity compared to his old self, though that doesn't change the fact that he's still the same person/same body.

If they're visually different, I don't see the harm in keeping them separate. Would need some examples in the wikis as to how, though.

Sorry for the delay! I completely forgot that assets can be used in wikis. I tossed an image on Ojiro's wiki since he was the one that was missing a preview.
