Finally started my project of tagging iPod models more granularly recently, akin to how iPhone models are tagged, since some of them are pretty visually distinct. Starting with the Nanos, which are all pretty decently represented... Except the iPod Nano 6G and iPod Nano 7G which still need 10 posts. (Hopefully I can find a couple more, even though they're the tail end of the iPod's lifespan.)

I really have no idea how I didn't come across a single Shuffle 3G while gardening. I guess it's just too boring looking? Found one, but still too small to imply.

The iPod Shuffle 1G still needs 10 posts. It's halfway there, I'm sure there's a couple more floating around untagged.

As for the iPod Classic, most of the models look the same so I didn't tag them. The 1G and 3G have significant differences, but as of right now they have way too few posts for implication.

And then there's this weird ass thing. The iPod Mini is basically the weird predecessor of the iPod Nano. Mostly distinguishable by the size and shape of the screen, smaller size compared to the Classic models, the simpler UI, and the colors. The Nano wiki's picture showcases it (alongside the Nano models) for comparison.

post #273342 is a perfect example of something that's distinguishable as an iPod Mini because of the shape and the UI, and is a color that the Classic models were never released in.
