Her official name has been revealed in official raw . (Unfortunately, I do not have access to official scan and am only able to discern from a Korean fan-translation )
I assume the official name "Tonarino" is a pun of the phrase "Tonari no shibafu ha aoi" 隣の芝生は青い (The grass is greener on the other side).

I have briefly thought of making a punny name Ace Attorney-style like I did with Ditzi (Degrasis Greena) but ultimately decided against it.
