After seeing post #6125805, post #8733609 and similar images, I found this Japanese tweet which could be the source, as well as reposts like this and this from the same account. The last tweet is the only one that can be translated via X, at least for me.
This rough translation suggests the outfit is called “slutty hoodie”. Other external translations go for “lewd hoodie” or simply “sukebe hoodie”. Can someone confirm what the name is? It could be a new meme attire tag, I’ve seen it referenced on several posts here.
