create implication holding_shoes -> holding_unworn_clothes

Implying the tag to the correct one for unworn clothes and unimplying redundant ones.

I guess this tag isn't very likely to be confused with holding worn shoes since that's pretty hard, which is the reason we moved several holding_* tags to holding_unworn_* instead.
