If these troublesome artist tags are the same person, then why isn't one aliased to the other?

“Futashrine”’s wiki page states that they’re the same person as Henkawa. Henkawa’s page in turn states that they’re also Danbooru user @missfortune991, which does literally nothing but self-upload, and who I absolutely think should’ve been banned from this site a while ago. I don’t know how to report troublesome users on this site.
On a somewhat related note I feel like Danbooru user @tactone, the one that uploads the Futashrine posts, may or may not be Henkawa as well. No self-upload tag on those posts yet, and they had also uploaded non-Futashrine/Henkawa posts in the past too, plus made a single comment.

The bulk update request #41466 (forum #357193) has been approved by @WRS.

It comes from the horse's mouth and there's enough similarities that these should've been joined, though the simple answer could be that no one requested it before. I would assume FrostedLeaf didn't know how to merge the two together properly so opted to write wikis but I haven't checked their profile thoroughly so I'm not sure. I'll accept the alias for now but I'd direct any further artist tag merges to topic #7713 as posted above.

You can reach out to an admin or mod (not any of the retired ones) via DMail to report users or ask for a sockpuppet check since we don't have a report button on profiles if they are breaking the rules.

Unbreakable confirmed that user #1156464, user #1351429 are the same user.
And user #1351429 was banned for sockpuppeting.
