belt_chain -> wallet_chain

create alias belt_chain -> wallet_chain

These tags seem to be referring to the same thing, and I can't really see a difference?

I think wallet chain is technically the more correct term (what's used more IRL), and doesn't have potential confusion with chain belt. Googling belt chain gives a lot of chain belts, while wallet chain returns this accessory.

I went through and cleaned up the tag. There were quite a few chain belts and miscellaneous weird chain accessories, but it is almost entirely wallet chains as expected.
