A bruise on any part of the body is a bruise. Bruise on face implies bruise.

I wanted to do this one separately. Implying bruise_on_knee -> bruise would make sense, but the knee is part of the leg so bruise_on_knee -> bruise_on_leg should also work.

Alternatively, one could replace all bruise_on_knee posts with the bruise_on_leg tag if they find the former tag overly specific.

A scraped knee is a fairly common scenario, specifically, so I think an implication is the right call here
