as above. glancing over both tags there seems to be little to no difference in the kinds of situations portrayed.

Yeah, I don’t think there’s any difference.

It notably mentions "physical examination". And this tag has existed for longer, albeit as a rename of examination (forum #266084).
Though what’s interesting is that searching externally I’m finding more results for "physical examination". For example Wikipedia calls it like this, mentioning "medical examination" as a synonym.

based off that and wikipedia using physical examination as the canonical name, might be worth creating another bur that does the alias in reverse.
