Utility alias for \n/

BUR #42109 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

create alias rock_on_(gesture) -> \n/
create alias sign_of_the_horns -> \n/

This tag is impossible to find since it's just a symbol. There is a pretty common phrase associated with it, can we use that as a utility? Also throwing in the wikipedia's chosen page name.

The BUR currently has a typo on "gesture", but otherwise sounds like an idea worth considering.

That's a very weird wiki in sign of the horns...

\n/ already implies double_\n/ I don't know why it's deprecated.

That's the funny thing, it isn't, some random gold member just added that part to the wiki 3 years after the first part, and now Damian killed it.

I like the sign_of_the_horns alias but dont care for rock_on_(gesture).
