Ellen implications

BUR #42431 is pending approval.

rename ellen_fuwafuwaatama_aureus -> ellen_(hatarakimono)
create implication ellen_(hatarakimono) -> ellen_fuwafuwaatama_aureus
create implication ellen_(touhou) -> ellen_fuwafuwaatama_aureus

Not sure if I'm doing this BUR right (Never done with more then one step before as it were), but given both are the same character and Touhou Ellen was added with permission from the original Mangaka I think they should both be under a shared parent-tag.

EDIT: Yes IK this is a weird case lol.

If they're the same character then shouldn't they just be aliased together? The wiki is confusing about setting parameters on which tag to use when typically in this case we use the copyright tag to distinguish.
