Breath of Fire aliases

BUR #42452 is pending approval.

create alias mina_wyndia -> mina_(breath_of_fire)

It took me a while to find this tag because it did not match with the naming pattern of other Breath of Fire tags, such as her sister nina_(breath_of_fire_ii), whose tag is given without the surname. Her name is "Mina" throughout the game and is only shown to be "Miena Windia [sic]" in the end credits.

BUR #42454 is pending approval.

create alias jean_(breath_of_fire) -> ekaru_hoppe_de_pe_tapeta

The name he goes by in the English translation.

Do we go for english names here? I'm not familiar with this series.

And in one BUR you're removing a qualifier, while adding it in the other. That's not consistent at all.

create alias ekaru_hoppe_de_pe_tapeta -> jean_(breath_of_fire)
create alias rinpoo_chuan -> katt_(breath_of_fire)
create alias rand_marks -> rand_(breath_of_fire)
create alias sten_legacy -> sten_(breath_of_fire)

Doing this the other way around along with some others to be consistent with the rest of the series
