I mean, reverse version of the open clothes.
ofcourse, I can search for jacket with -open jacket for closed jacket, but... you should try it. The search results contain numerous open jackets.
we should make and use 'close clothes' or 'zipped up clothes' tag. and why not?
I think that is probably a case for more thoroughly tagging open_clothes rather than starting to tag closed_clothes. The default state of clothing is to be closed.
Imagine tagging closed_clothes on all those dress shirts for example, that's just dumb.
A tag being underused is not a reason to create a new tag. All that would accomplish is another underused tag. Just add open jacket when you see it missing.

Even if adding it was a good idea, it wouldn’t be called “close jacket,” “Close” is a verb in this context, and means something very different as an adjective. The proper way to word it is “closed jacket.”
Regardless, you’ll need to show evidence that most jackets are open before we can justify reversing current tagging policy. There are literally over a million jacket posts, so even if you’re only encountering open clothes, those posts aren’t necessarily representative of jacket posts as a whole.

I don't think it would be quicker. You'd have to check the same number of posts, i.e. all of the posts in "jacket -open_jacket". If you went through there and tagged the open jacket posts as open_jacket it would achieve what you want, without introducing the closed_clothes tag which would have the issues mentioned (cruft tags).
It would be a bit like tagging "not_1girl" to start tagging closed clothing.

For context, there's lots of tagging to be done everywhere. Good on you for taking some initiative and tagging open_jacket posts yourself, but also people might not jump on helping with your specific interest tag by you ALL CAPSing at them to help. If you can explain why they should divert some time onto it, that might work better.
No, closed_mouth is dumb enough of a tag already. The last thing this site needs is more pointless filler general tags.
