It's the token of character Muelsyse, with about 50+ posts in danbooru. And more posts in twitter and pixiv.
It canbe a clone of Muelsyse or another character, sometime as a slime_girl. Sometime not a clone at all.

btw need:
imply flowing_shape_(arknights) -> muelsyse_(arknights)

I wouldn't imply it to Muelsyse, as it has the other appearance of three globs of water that are not particularly Muelsyse-y.

Flowing shape is more like a creature of Muelsyse rather than an independent character? I'd suggest to keep it as a gentag.

And Muelsyse does not need to present together with flowing shape. (although all images in this tag do)
