While Amber and Ambertwo are technically different characters (the latter being the former's clone), their respective tags seem to be used more or less interchangeably, sometimes both on the same post. Most art under these tags specifically depict Ambertwo, with the original Amber only being present in post #519294 (alongside her clone) and debatably post #4772401 (solo, so it could be either one). While merging these tags would mean people would be unable to search for one over the other, non-clone Amber is in so little art that it's practically a non-issue. Simplifying things so there's only one tag seems like the best option to me.
