A similar situation also exists with cirucci_thunderwitch/cirucci_sanderwicci. I'm unaware of any official source, but for what it's worth, the R1 dubbing of the anime done by Viz Media used Sanderwicci.

Cirucci Sanderwicci (チルッチ・サンダーウィッチ, Chiruchi Sandāwicchi), sometimes incorrectly romanized as Cirucci Thunderwitch
My take is the Espada/Privaron Espada were intended to have Spanish names and the names of some of the characters just happened to also romanize into English words.
Okay, here's this official bio page from Tite: http://i40.tinypic.com/xljd09.jpg
Spelling should be grimmjow_jaegerjaquez

I'd never trust a dub very far for pronunciation of anything, but that doesn't mean Sanderwicci can't be right, of course. Is there a bio page for her like NeoChaos found for Grim?
