Carrot and stick

BUR #47506 has been rejected.

rename carrot_on_stick -> carrot_and_stick

There were a few mistags of a literal carrot on a stick, so trying the Wikipedia name to curb those.

I'd rather not use up a well known metaphor for images that only show the reward (the carrot) and do not show the punishment (the stick).

The bulk update request #47506 (forum #386831) has been rejected by @hasu_no_tokimeki.
