create implication arm_held_back -> grabbing_another's_arm
If the wiki is to be believed, it's a subset.

Voting neutral because I'm not sure if it should imply grabbing another's arm or holding another's arm

what is the difference?
There was an attempt to alias grabbing_another's_arm to holding_another's_arm in forum #314610 that was automatically rejected. That BUR received zero attention from anyone, only a single person voted on it. I do believe we have cases of aliasing away a holding/grabbing tag to each other but I don't remember the names of those tags or if it ever even happened.
Arm held back at the very least seems to be a very specific subset referring to when the grabbing is pulling the arm such that it's aimed behind the other person. The case for a lot of sex from behind posts or something more emotional like post #705130. Or, you know, a mistag like post #7985781. I wonder if this is even a useful tag?

another opportunity for mistag is arms_behind_back bound_arms imo. because that sounds like the arms are held back
