create alias nishimura_hiroyuki_(2ch) -> nishimura_hiroyuki_(person)
The first character had the name in the wrong order, while for Hiromoot, I would've just straight-up removed the qualifier if not for the first character, so I'm changing his qualifier to (person), because with that qualifier it inspires people to use 2channel as his copytag even when real life would be more appropriate.
