Did someone move groin_kick to tamakeri? They're not necessarily the same thing. Tamakeri is a sexual fetish. Getting kicked in the groin doesn't always involve this fetish.
Anyway, there are also crotch_stomp, ball_squeeze, penis_bite, and ouch tags. Some of these should be merged, because we really don't need half a dozen tags for being hurt in the crotch.
Plus there's one post under CBT... although I guess that's kind of different. At least, Wikipedia seems to think so.
The ones that aren't a sexual fetish need to stay groin_kick please.
I didn't even know what Tamakeri was till I read the second post. Not everyone understands these Japanese terms or whatever other then hardcore fanboys/girls.

Why do we have to limit tamakeri to only those that appear as a sexual fetish? We don't use that for our definition of guro and I'm pretty sure we have other terms refer to a sexual fetish but we use in a broader sense to refer to even similarly related material.
I'm not sure how you guys can draw a line between it as a sexual fetish and it as a depiction of a guy getting kicked in the groin, a person viewing such images for sexual arousal would find both just as a appealing and there will be more gray areas between what is sexual and what isn't than what will be clearly divided.
To me this one doesn't look like he's enjoying it.

I can understand tagging some of the pics with them, but certain not all of them were meant to be pleasurable to the character receiving the kicking or stomping. So is this going to be used to define a fetish for the viewers sake, or a fetish for the character?
Everyone has their own definition of what is cute/moe to themselves, but the tags aren't really used.
If anything it ought to be an implication of tamakeri -> goin_kick, tamakeri being used in the case of sexual implications as pointed out above. There's little point in having a tag if hardly anyone knows what it is and there's a more plausible english alternative that would come to anyone's mind. That said, crotch_stomp -> groin_kick could also be argued, but I think the other ones are distinct enough to stand on their own and be implicated to some parent tag in the future.
ouch would probably be better off as a pool though.

Makes the most sense to me, personally. Implication done.
We'd just need to clean up the ones not being shown as sexual acts.
