Should lower-count birth tags be used for high-count births with missing siblings? For example, the quintuplets from Go-Toubun no Hanayome being tagged as twins, triplets or quadruplets because some of the siblings are missing. I don't like how they're tagged something they're not, especially for smaller tags like quadruplets. I was originally just going to remove the tags but there're a lot of Go-Toubun no Hanayome twins posts so I want some opinions.
