Alias/implication appropriate?

Created a couple alias/implications for copyright tags just now for sequels in a game franchise. Was wondering if a Mobile game in the franchise would be appropriate for an alias/implication as well. It's not exactly a sequel and the events aren't necessarily canon, but it is a game in the franchise. Would an alias/implication be appropriate?

If it's in the same franchise why not. The final fantasy games are mostly standalone but that doesn't mean they aren't implicated to the main copyright for example
