This already shows up in the autocomplete for /ddd. The only search result that is higher is das_(dan_dan) with 226 posts.
We normally don't do abbreviations like this because they're likely to become outdated and conflict with other tags, but it looks like this is used in some places:
Other the other hand, MAL and VNDB use Decoration Disorder Disconnection:
DDD just makes me think of some abbreivations for King Dedede. So it's ambiguous what it even means too!

DDD is also a commonly used acronym for the Kingdom Hearts game Dream Drop Distance (and is what I initially thought this thread was about before clicking on it) so there's another layer of ambiguity to add to the pile

Qualified version of the alias as requested, This was the only DDD I knew lol (King Dedede as well but his name is different lol) so didn't think of that at the time MB
