This tag was implicated to pipe in topic #19361, where disambiguation proposals were turned down at the time. When pipe was broken down in topic #21034 a few months later, this tag was missed. The implication carried over, but it was not renamed in consistency. Currently you cannot find this tag when you type "smoking pipe".
