New in this forum, any advice on making contributions?

Posted under General

Hey! It has been a while I became a member of Danbooru and I enjoyed this site very much.

I would like to make my own contributions and I am thinking of translating Chinese content / commentary, as well as editing tags.

I have been playing around with taggings and translations and realized that I really need to be more serious about it. That is why I read howto:translate and reaching out for help---could someone check if my translation of this post #10355855 is proper and useful?

Any other suggestions are welcomed and appreciated!

Many thanks!

Since you are actively posting, if you haven’t already, it is recommended to install the Twitter and Pixiv duplicate checkers, as well as the Fantia/Fanbox uploader.
Although false negatives can occur (especially with the Pixiv duplicate checker), duplicate checkers can still save a significant amount of time when filtering out duplicate artworks.

Many artists release free sample artwork on Fantia or Fanbox that is often higher quality than what they upload to Twitter (X) or even Pixiv.
