create implication higurashi_no_naku_koro_ni_rei -> higurashi_no_naku_koro_ni
higurashi no naku koro ni rei is a spinoff/sequel manga of the higurashi series. like other subvariants it should be imply the tag higurashi no naku koro ni.

Should Saikoroshi-hen imply this instead of implying Higurashi no Naku Koro ni directly?
Higurashi Rei (礼) is both a VN and anime whose main content is Saikoroshi-hen.
Higurashi Rei (令) is an unrelated manga.
The VN/anime are probably better off without a Rei (礼) parent tag because each of the stories are unrelated, and the stories don't line up between the VN and anime.
