Tag alias: hand_in_hair -> adjusting_hair

Aliasing hand_in_hair to adjusting_hair. They're being used for the same thing.

Hand in hair could be used for other things if its cleaned up, I don't see any reason to destroy the tag. An implication may be better with adjusting_hair -> hand_in_hair.

If someone is willing to define it and clean it up, that's fine. Otherwise I would agree with just aliasing.

Yes don't alias please. If you look at the dates it's a new tag, so it's probably been made to disambiguate from adjusting_hair.
I've been wanting to do the same myself and I have my own list of posts that could use this concept, so I'll add them and edit the wikis.
