About the 16 uploads per day

This applies to everyone, am I correct?

That's understandable if it's in place to help prevent the site from getting flooded with pics. I'm just itching to post some more, haha.

It doesn't apply to privileged members.

Of course not. Some of the privileged members upload several times that per day. Feel free to go nuts, as long as the quality doesn't suffer.
