Whats the stance on CG sets?

I speak of CG sets riped from h-games. Is it ok to upload these? Sometimes the variations between pictures isn't much(i.e. one will have girl, and the next will have that same exact girl but with sweat drops w/e). I'm sure you guys want quality over quantity...

Are there issues with uploading whole sets? Should I just pick and choose single variations of the same picture?

The ideal GS set upload is one you can't automatically tell is a CG set upload. I.e. pick the best ones, and don't upload multiple versions of the same scene. Upload ones that look like they could pass for standalone pieces of art.
