New moderators

Please welcome phane, surasshu, and Quess to the moderation team. Moderators have a couple tasks:

• Approve stuff in the moderation queue that they personally like
• Help out with tag maintenance
• Moderate the forum

And some other things that the other moderators can probably chime in with.

I need to stress that mods should not feel pressured into approving everything in the queue. An approved post should be good enough for you to favorite.

I'm currently using the standard of "I would consider uploading that". Let me know if I'm being too lenient though.

I'm sort of like that too. But I also allow for things that I see as perfectly acceptable images for someone who is into that sort of thing. I know I've approved some pictures that made me go "eww", but that's because I'm not really into certain fetishes. If the image was good quality, though, I'm willing to let that weigh to a degree.
