Makes posts come up centered on the image as far as the scrollbars allow (aligning top-left if the whole image won't fit); useful for medium-size images, particularly on moe.imouto.org, where the first thing I'm doing on almost every image is scrolling it a bit.
Also, makes the "Tags" link at the top of the page link directly to the tags index, instead of the tag cloud, which isn't terribly useful to anyone but first-timers, I think. (I think the Tags link should go to the cloud for anonymous users, and to the index for members.)
