I just posted a picture a few minutes ago and realized I put in one character tag that was totally wrong. I went to go edit it to the correct name, but my browser doesn't seem to be updating the name. My edit seems to be in the tag edit history however. Is it just my computer not refreshing it, or maybe I just need to wait longer until the changes show up?

Are you checking on the page for the image itself, or the tag listing for a search result? The page for the image updates right away, but the listing in the search results does not. For example, if you changed all the 'foo' tags to 'fee', and did a search on 'fee', you'd still get results, but the list would still say "? + - foo 100" for awhile.
This seems to happen with posts that are pending. Any changes made, at least to the tags in my experience, take a little while to show up on the page. The changes are made and show up in the appropriate history, but don't show up on the view post page until later.
This has been brought up a couple times before, I think.
I've had this problem once or twice myself beyond the conditions jxh2154 and StickManSmith stated. Refreshing the browser cache once I've left the page that wasn't refreshing solves the issue for me.
I use Firefox and opera for Danbooru browsing, if that's in any way helpful to your search for a solution.
