Implications that should be removed? (garters, garter belt, kyon no imouto)

I noticed currently that garters and garter_belt have an implication to lingerie. However, there seems to be many images with garters and garter belts that I wouldn't consider "lingerie" (maid outfits, for one example)

Also kyon_no_imouto implies imouto. While I can see why on this implication, it doesn't really seem like it's very useful for every image she's in to be tagged "imouto". It is particularly odd to have in some, like the genderswap images.

Agreed on both. I think people know that the little sister from Haruhi is tagged as kyon_no_imouto by now, so 'imouto' is no longer necessary.

Seconded. I don't see the point of the imouto thing by now.
Another one, reisen_udongein_inaba with bunny_ears. I know that almost every pic of her had bunny ears, but if that the case then inaba_tewi must have that implication too.

While we're at it, I just noticed that there's an implication of thigh_boots > thighhighs. Since thighhighs are socks or stockings, this doesn't make sense to me.
