Reporting abuse of notes system

Is there any way to report people who abuse the notes system?

You can do like you did here, or PM any mod, or Albert.

Both users have been given a negative record. If they do it again they'll be banned for some length of time. Thanks for the report.

How do I send a PM to someone and check my PM?

Click on their name/go to their profile. At the bottom it says "Send Message".

When you get a message in response, a big green banner will appear on top of the first page you load after seeing that message, alerting you that you've got mail.
