I'm unable to get the kanji in the upper left corner of the comic and left it blank near "airport," becoming partially_translated. Does anybody know what that kanji is from there?

If you mean ç›´, it is used as "came straight from the airport"

No, I already received that kanji. I meant the first kanji on the third column of the first speech bubble on the second (upper left) panel. The one before "空港" (which is "airport" I aforementioned).
When I tried to write that kanji, it came out as "å…®".

That's 今, probably looks weird because of the font. If it's not then I'm clueless as well

Yeah, like the others have said, that's 今. I tried fixing a few slight errors and marked it as check_translation, see if you agree with them before marking as translated.

Hmm, looks like most of translation has improved. Thanks for the additional assist!
It's a weird kanji, none of the kanji database recognize it. Maybe it's a typo or something? But if that seems to be really 今, then that dialogue does indicates a present place of time.

Not a request, but translation related and I didn't feel it deserved its own thread. Should Yen be "translated"? I'm assuming no.
Asking because I almost did so for post #5151787 but then realized it was probably a bad idea.

Huh. Now that you think about it, I took a look at it again and the dialogue in that panel has a Serif/Times New Roman style font to it. So that's why I couldn't recognize that kanji. May need to adjust the format there.
