Tried to create an entry for this artist. Was about to name it aruru because that's the name in the twitter banner however aruru is already aliased to aruruu (which is an existing character).
Was thinking of using aruru_dragon as the artist name but it might also be the name of her own vtuber persona. aruru_(artist) and aururu_dragon_(vtuber) maybe?
While I think artist is a bad qualifier, it's true many vtuber artists have their arttags qualified with it. Aruru_(artist) is too ambiguous though, so if you asked me, I'd use aruru_(aruru_dragon) for the chartag and simply use her handle, aruru_dragon, for the arttag.

The first thing in her bio, which you mentioned, is that she's one of those Vtuber artists. She apparently drew and rigged her model. Look at her posts, she says she's been drawing for years.
