The current wiki defines bad_feet as "Badly drawn bare feet." Correct me if I'm wrong, but shouldn't bad_feet apply to both covered and uncovered feet? The tag definition is very general and the wiki entry does not point to alternatives for otherwise covered bad_feet.
I imagine it's just easier to tell if feet are bad if they're bare, but I've certainly seen bad covered feet. I removed "bare" from the wiki definition.
