Aliasing raised_arm, hand_raised -> arm_up.
Reason: arm_up already has a page, and its plural form arms_up has raised_arms aliased to it. The posts with raised_arm seem to count at 12 pages though.
I'm including hand_raised in the aliasing because the way it was used seems to meet the conditions of arm_up.
