Unfortunately I don't think there's any way to search comments (or the number there of).
Regardless, I'm pretty sure the image with the most comments (or at least close) is post #9876.

I submitted a ticket to turn comment searching back on. This seems like a sensible idea so leave a comment to suggest it if you want:
