I mean when the US government wanted to hand out candy that turned people into monsters for free, then deploy commandos to deal with monsters, receive cash, rinse, repeat.
I just think it's ridiculous these things look like giant mutated bunny rabbits. If they were rabbits with switchblades (*k-chk!*) it would be awesome, but this is just ridiculous.
