Who cares if it's MS paint. It will probably be deleted after the 3 days anyways. But I think it's rather good quality for an oekaki type picture.

This is not oekaki, it's just poor art. I've seen the drawing of Cirno separate from this image, and it looks like another artist added the background and Derpy. (Compare the two ponies - they're drawn slightly differently.)
