... for some reason, hearing that phrase makes me think of two things:

1st. what if she was refering to Reimu, as in, she always gave that look of annoyance due to yukari being... herself when an incident happened, and said look remind her of what our protagonist gave us to her?...

2nd. what if she was refering to Renko, but instead of being part of an organization like the rest, or heck, even before being like university students, what if Renko was the stand in for The Master of Masters, while Yukari, which by then was Maribel, acted like Luxu, being the MoM's second in command?
