You go here: forum #12247 and post links to the upload you are appealing. Explaining why you are appealing it doesn't hurt, those often the odds of a reversal are low enough it doesn't matter. Depends a lot on why it didn't get approved and how long it has been.

I think one of the issues is that those pages are in Chinese while the source material appears to be Japanese.

That said, I compared the first sample page on that link with the English translation here and they more or less seemed in sync.
