Looks like, judging from her hairstyle. The rest of the Koa Squad had pretty distinctly different hairstyles compared to the 'standard'.

I would imagine the Koarmy is still around, since Remi and Sakuya are still in the contest. Meiling is back to take up guard duty and cooking, though.

I didn't even notice. I'd been going by the eyes, but I thought maybe dei shirou would draw his usual eyes instead of the Koarmy's simple ones if there was only one of them around.

But now that you point out the hair too, yeah, it's definitely the Koakuma here.
