Eh in this case, I suspect things like the toilet, maybe the sink as well, would have too many buttons for most people, let alone magi. Some of the advanced toilets you find in Japan might be a bit too much for most people just used to pushing the handle to flush a toilet.
Also I remember reading somewhere that as technology gets more advanced, it weakens magecraft/Magic since the mystery goes away. Is this true or am I wrong?
