Something about the art and proportions feel off to me. Not really sure what though.
edit: i think it is the chin, though the arms seem short to me.

You know when people say "You look like you're smuggling melons"? Well, it looks like her right one's a watermelon.

Oh, and her arm and hand look very pointy. As well as the chin, though that may be a style choice.
