Finally, an Assassin that's even more haxxed than the other Servants! Bonus points for the look on Kiritsugu's face when he realizes she can do his trick but much, much better!

Origin:
Believing that saving Madoka as a Puella Magi was impossible, Akemi Homura makes a deal with the world, thus becoming a Counter Guardian (like Archer/EMIYA). Though she has been known to use projectiles, she qualifies more for the Assassin class than the Archer class.

Noble Phantasms:
Zeit Machina Aegis: The Symbol of Unyielding Friendship - A Noble Phantasm that takes the form of a small circular shield with a large, pearl-like jewel in the center with two smaller pearls above and below the center jewel.

Allows for sorcery on the level of True Magic by allowing the wielder to step outside of the world's flow of time. To the wielder's perspective, everything else is frozen as if in a paused recording. The user is capable of interacting with everything that is 'paused', even people, making escape from her attacks all but impossible. Dodging attacks becomes easy unless the attacks manipulate time/causality, are simply too fast for her to react to, or there is simply no room for her to dodge at all. To an outside observer it appears as if she is teleporting from one location to another.

Along with manipulation of time, the shield also allows for limited manipulation of space. The center pearl can open up and a nearly infinite amount of objects can be placed with (prodvided the bjects are small or narrow enough to fit through the opening). Her preference is modern militry weaponry (usually stolen from local military bases). While these are all but worthless against rival Servants, they are more than enough to kill enemy Masters.

The Reclaimed Bond of Mobius: The Affection that Reaches Across Time - Counter Guardian AKEMI's most powerful Noble Phantasm. Originally a 'wish' that allowed her to repeat her first meeting with the fallen comrade whose kindness and friendship shaped her destiny, AKEMI can travel back in time to a designated date of her choosing (typically she will choose the day of her first meeting wth her Master). However, she can only return to that designated date and no other time period.

This effectively makes her invincible as long as she is not killed instantly, or while she is too low on prana to activate the spell. As long as she retains the will to fight on, she can always return to the day she first met her Master and inform him or her of any information she has gathered on future events, opponents, and possibilities. Effectively, she has an infinite number of attempts at winning the Holy Grail War. It is this ability that ultimately makes up for her lackluster physical stats.
